"I was recently required to acquire flood insurance in order to maintain my Citizens Windstorm policy. I was given a new agent, Ley Delgado, who would take me through the process. She got me a quote the first day and answered all my questions. I must have called her 10 times, and she was always courteous and attentive. Ley is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and gave me good advice. She goes the extra mile."
